Rock Island Village was recently featured in the local newspaper with a quote from owner, Chris Foster.
“We want to focus on activities and well-being programs for residents. We will involve the broader community as much as possible, and we plan to utilize the new Rock Island Trail to enhance the experience for our residents,” Foster said.
